Design, analysis, evaluation, investigation, and construction support — one engineering partner across the full life of a structure. Every engagement starts by defining the scope that actually fits your project.
Design of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber, and light-gauge steel structural systems. We develop gravity and lateral systems that satisfy applicable codes and coordinate cleanly with the rest of the project.

Straight answers about scope, fees, timing, site visits, and deliverables.
The project address, a short description of what you're planning or what you've observed, any available drawings or reports, photos of relevant conditions, and your approximate schedule. Don't wait until everything is assembled — we can identify what's actually needed during an initial conversation.
Fees depend on the scope: the type and size of the project, the services required, the information available, and the deliverables needed. After reviewing your project information we provide a written proposal describing the scope and fee before any work begins.
Timelines vary with project size, complexity, information availability, and review requirements, so we don't quote generic durations. When we propose on your project, the proposal includes a realistic schedule for the defined scope.
Where our responsible engineers are licensed and the scope calls for it, deliverables are sealed in accordance with the jurisdiction's requirements. Licensure and jurisdiction are confirmed during proposal — engineering services are only provided where the firm and its professionals are properly authorized to practice.
When the scope requires it, yes. Evaluations of existing structures normally include a site visit; new designs may rely on drawings and reports. Site observations during construction are periodic visits at agreed milestones — not continuous inspection unless that is explicitly part of the scope.
Yes. Responding to structural plan-review comments on our own documents is a normal part of the design scope. Revisions beyond the original scope — for example, an owner-directed design change during review — are identified and agreed before we proceed.
No. Submitting project information lets us evaluate scope and availability; it does not create an engineer-client relationship. Professional services begin only under an executed professional-services agreement.
Tell us about your project and we'll respond with availability, the right scope, and clear next steps.
