Culture
We're a firm where engineers and architects see projects end to end — from the first conversation with a client through construction questions from the field. The work spans building types and materials, and the people doing it are expected to understand not just what the code requires, but why the answer makes sense for the project.
Communication matters here as much as calculation. We explain our reasoning to clients, coordinate genuinely across engineering and architecture, and hold each other to documents we'd want to build from.
Projects run in small teams with direct access to the responsible engineer. Reviews are conversations, not hand-offs — the goal is that every engineer can explain every decision on their drawings.
